Hello gorgeous…… Your appointments are very important and are reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we REQUIRE 48 hours notice for cancellations with facial services and 24hr notice for all other services. This is a STRICT AND ENFORCED 24HR CANCELLATION POLICY! No exceptions!Sick, child emergency, car accident, whatever the case may be, compensation for the time reserved will be charged to the card on file. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appt without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appt time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appts are confirmed 24-48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appt you booked in advance. Since the appt is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Less than 24hrs notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Appts made within the 12 hr period and need to cancel, will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
