We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we REQUIRE 48 hours notice for cancellations with ALL services. This is a STRICT AND ENFORCED 48HR CANCELLATION POLICY! No exceptions! Sick, child emergency, car accident, whatever the case may be, compensation for the time reserved will be charged to the card on file. I know things come up but I have to protect my income as anyone would. I greatly appreciate your understanding. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appt without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appt time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appts are confirmed 72-48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appt you booked in advance. Since the appt is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Less than 48hrs notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Appts made within the 12 hr period and need to cancel, will result in a charge of 50% of the reservation of service price. The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Waters Aesthetic's policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for my established and future clientele. If I begin to see a repeat frequency in last minute rescheduling and canceling after holding appts for long periods of time (weeks/months), you will be placed on booking probation. Booking probation will allow you to ONLY book your appts the week-of to ensure clients are committing to their appts. In addition, due to frequent no-shows and invalid credit cards, I will now require 50% of the service cost upfront. This deposit will secure your appointment and confirm a valid card on file. It will be refundable if you cancel outside the 48 hours, but if canceled within the 48hour window, the full service price will be charged to the card on file. Additionally, with economic prices rising, instead of raising service pricing, starting March 1st 2026, all services, except microneedling (gratuity is included inside that particular pricing), will include 20% gratuity at checkout so that I can continue to offer the above-and-beyond care that you all deserve and you won’t have to worry about checking out at the end of your appt. I will also implement a 15-minute buffer between appointments, so you continue to receive personalized, uninterrupted care, avoiding being rushed or delayed by the previous service. I know things like traffic or childcare issues come up, but this buffer ensures no one waits unfairly. That said, please don’t confuse this buffer with an allowance for lateness—if you arrive more than 10 min late and if we don’t have time for the service, I will have to reschedule, and you will be charged 100% of the missed service.
